It means chick (as in baby chicken) or the more popular usage means penis.
Verb-wise it means 'I paint' as well from Pintar. 'Eu pinto.' would be the full sentence.
Source(s):
I speak Portuguese fluently.

Pinto in portuguese is a baby chicken.
It can also be the first person singular of the verb "to paint", i.e., "I paint" (in portuguese you don't always have to use the pronoun).
It is also slang for penis, but only in Brazil, not in Portugal (not sure about other portuguese speaking countries though).
It is a very popular surname, at least in Portugal.
