Can some some enlighten me about this product Meladerm, canit reduce marks on face due to pimpes ?

Add says Meladerm is the most powerful skin product for dark skin spots, discolorations and hyperpigmentation.Can some some enlighten me about this product Meladerm, can it reduce dark marks on my face due to pimpes witout any side effects??

Meladerm is a good product if you have hyperpigmentation on your skin. I've been using it for over 2 months and have noticed that the brown spots left from acne have faded. I still use the product to maintain the results and to keep other spots from forming. It does not irritate the skin but it does cause a little dryness. Overall Meladerm is a very good product in my opinion.

My sister uses this. She had bad acne about a year ago and she got some medication from the doctor. But her face still had a lot of brown spots left over. the Meladerm has cleared it up quite a bit. She uses it very religiously every day for the past 3 months I think.
