There are infact plenty of oppurtunity these days...
1) Being Direct consultants for a developer/builder to interact with buyers.
2) Corporate Jobs: Join some of the big portals like 99acres.com, realacres.com or magicbricks.com
3) Working for real estate research companies.

Really a wonderful field and hard work is equally matched by remuneration. With limited resource, and the demand for land is more, naturally the players in the real estate make money easily.
