How and where we can report about Air india poor customer services?

This is the biggest problem where to report - majority of the people don't know. My solutions are:-
Go to any Air India office and circulate a pamphlet giving how they were giving poor customer services to you..
or publish in internet in all the websites about the poor services rendered by Air India.

AIR India /Indian is a free service Air line of our political bosses.so you cannot complain about it.It is like the King and his favorite concubine.

In Connaught place, Delhi they have a Headquarters. There you can file a report against Air India. Otherwise file an FIR in the nearest police department.
However this does not help since in India - you are doomed to die after food-poisoning and bad conditions even aboard Air India. The Indian cooks touch their balls while cooking and the food is partially eaten by monkeys and rats directly from the pots.
Thus there is no sense of reporting something, since in an average it takes 402 days for an Indian court to review your case, if it finds it genuine, of course.
