Does doxycycline hyclate make my dilantin level go down causing me to have a seizure?

Call a pharmacy. Not something I would expect to have answered properly here.

"antibiotics such as rifampin (Rimactane, Rifadin, Rifamate) or doxycycline (Doryx, Vibramycin, Adoxa, and others)" can affect your dilantin, I dont know if it makes your dilantin levels go up or down (there are certain kinds of drugs that can raise it and others that lower it) call your doctor to see what you should do.
