1. Don't worry about the black "mask" color on your face...I had it last time and right after I delivered it was gone. It's normal but not every woman gets it. As for the pimples...it's REALLY common and they will come and go.

2. You have been gaining a lot of weight there haven't you. Start watching what you eat. I know many women think that you're eating for two or that you can eat anything you want just because you're pregnant...but don't do it. You only need 300 extra calories a day and you should be exercising some to help maintain your weight. If you plan on breast feeding that should help you lose weight but you might have to start eating less and more healthy.

3. Only do what you feel comfortable doing...and remember to take a lot of breaks and drink more water. Cleaning is just like exercise and you shouldn't force yourself to do it until exhaustion. Try to do a little at a time and once you get tired take a break. You might also ask your hubby or family to help out since you are getting pretty big there.

4. Painless delivery?? I wish. You will probably have some kind of pain with your delivery but hopefully you'll also be allowed to take medication that will help. If you get an epidural then they say it's more like pressure and not very strong pain...I don't know since I've always had to do it natural (I live in China and they don't usually offer medication). But if you should talk to your doctor to see what options are open to you. Don't wait until you're in labor to ask because by then it might be too late.

Good Luck and Merry Christmas!

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I did already put on 16kg.. who knows how many kilos more.. u r fine and ur face will get back to normal after u give birth as right now u have "the pregnancy mask".. try to relax and enjoy the last days of ur pregnancy.. pain free delivery--epidural I guess is the correct choice in this case! good luck with everything

who cares about how you look. my advice to you is give birth to a lovely, healthy baby. stop thinkin on how much you weigh, you can loose that anytime. just think of the miracle in your life that is about to come any day, or minute!

The black marks are from the baby taking all of the iron and other key minerals and nutrients, The pimples are from hormone swings and chemical imbalances also from baby taking key nutrients, the weight will come off too as soon as you have the baby, sure you will retain baby fat, but it will come off once your back on your feet. And as for the household chores its called nesting and its completely normal. Just try to relax you'll fell normal again soon. Except the blackmarks will move to under your eyes, and that , is called SLEEP DEPRIVATION. good luck :)

I don't know how to advise about your face turning ugly, that's rough.. umm, use proactiv for the zits, and I don't know kgs, I only know lbs. As for the house work, if you have someone to help, then ask them, otherwise, only do what you can. I am pretty sure that there is no such thing as a painless delivery, and if you discover one, you will be rich!

i cant help you with no.1 but with number 2...i put on 16 kgs in my first pregnancy and got back to my normal weight 3 months after birth. a friend of mine put on 32kgs...she had alot of fluid and is now back to her priginal weight!
    3. rest as much as you can! forget the house work! you need all the energy you can get for labour and when you bring the new baby home...you wont be getting much sleep/rest then!
4.i had an epidural and it took avery bit of pain away!!!!!
