asus have come out with their range of phones.
asus p525 has very decent processor speed , cost 18000
spice 1000 is same as asus p525 available at 15.5k, i got it at offer at reliance digital at 14000 with blue tooth free. a very good bargain.
look into processor speed ---200 mhz is very low which all the cheaper versions of htc , i mate and 02 are offering. ifeel a processor of 400 or more is a must.
look for ram --64 or more
wi fi is a must in present day. some of samsung pda pfones dont have a wifi which is a major weakness
blue tooth and infra red are present in most of current gen handsets
and go for a stable operating system --windows mobile 5 or more.
u do get nokia, blackberry and sony business phones which are pretty expensive, have different os. cheaper blackberry will again have slow processor which will slow u down to frustration. the cheaper nokia e series in ur budget may not have options of editing excel files, or word files.
my personal opinion at ur budget go grab spice 1000 at 14000 with a bluetooth free from reliance digital before stocks are over. i got one for myself recenntly and it is more stable than the expensive o2 and hp business phones of my friends who are using them as either phone or pocket pc and carrying a seperate mobile for connectivity
best of luck
