DRDO doesnt research on Passive Radar still?
It can be used to get realtime moving scene of vehicles etc
Done cheaply using a set of existing antennae arrangement & tweaking GSM Phones
If Govt can form policies to eavesdrop BlackBerry Phone 128-Bit Traffic for Indian Interests
This should be Child's Play ...
Cheap $3000 models r already ready.
