Why Indian Women r not in Combat Posts in so called Indian Military? Do they recruit foreigners then?

They r only granted permanent commission in armed forces.
Any Operational, Practical, Cultural problems?
Canada,Denmark,Norway,Portugal have no combat exclusion policies
Shortage of Officers would be resolved.

India is not only one such country USA, UK, France, Japan you will find same thing. Canada, Denmark, Norway etc. do not have much of action force.

foreigners are never rectruited in Indian Army under any circumstances. and this is the normal procedure in all countries.
secondaly every country has different rules and regulation and there cannot be any copmarison between the rules of Indian army with any other country s army. only one thing is common. all armies recruit their own nationals only

Because of all sorts of interference, no 'women' needed as even 'men' already posted are made 'women' in combat positions.

The basic Right of a Man is protect his Woman and his heir,this is when you see individually. When comes to Army, they are protecting country in the sense their women.You can imagine what can happen to country if it's army is weak.(see Georgia now) This is followed by nature too. or We are following Nature and this is Natural.
