Yep - bring in darts, billiards, snooker, pool, 9 Ball, chess, lawn balls - true athletes - even I would have a chance of getting something back from a mispent youth

Since they already have a sport of dancing around the gym bouncing a ball and twirling a ribbon on the end of a stick, why not?
There are lots of so called sports that have no business being in the Olympics, it just takes a vote of the members, and they are talking about having ballroom dancing.
