go to nokia's official website i.e www.nokia.com
select N 73 and go to troubleshooting
there it'll give u a list of options
If none of the options there are helpful then u may go to the nearest dealer for help

- Yeah, this happens to All N73s. I had one and it kept doing this. Fix it at the dealer or any phone shop. I don't think its expensive to fix. My advice though; buy a new phone.
