hey friends, could you help me to open the control panel in command prompt?

when we boot the computer in safe mode with command prompt in windows vista, we can open the control panel with a command.i want your help here,can you give me the command please.

Badsha: Iam not asking about how to open control panel when logged in normal mode,i very well know that.please read the question again.Have you ever used Windows vista.

open comman prompt
run control command like
c:\>control

first go to run and thpe cmd
In the command prompt just type control and press enter.
The control panel will open...

You can't open the main Control Panel menu but you can open any folders it contains. All you have to do is enter the folder name preceded by "control".
