I have a 2001 bmw 740i, i cut the whole rear deck & about to instal a soundstream xxx15 sub, ?

i have a 2001 bmw 740i, i cut the whole rear deck & about to install a soundstream xxx15 sub, but because we lack space, the max size box we could fit in is W32.7" x L18.1" x H15.7" i hope to link 2 Earthquake amps PHD10,000 to drive this. the subwoofer faces up and the sub is now entirely sealed from the trunk to create sort of a hatch back and to protect other instalations like the 4 lcd in the trunk etc... will it be good to tune at 40-45Hz? advise please.

ALL subs have recommend enclosure sizes (cu.ft.) and if the box (or trunk) is too small or big it will have an effect on the sound-- too big will be like no box and give you no bass and too small will dramatically reduce your amount of bass
so if you must put your subs there they need to be free-air models (don't need a box) and they should also be higher quality speakers (soundstream is trash and you don't do custom work to display (hear) garbage)

BUT if you are set on those subs you should tune it to about 35Hz or lower
