Can anyone(Muslimah) please let me know what the Holy Koran says about the duties of a good muslim wife?

Question

I have a friend who has become a muslimah and she wants to know what it is to be a good muslim wife. She is very much eager to follow correctly what the Koran says about being a dutiful wife towards her husband.

She has started wearing the hijab now..but if anyone esp a muslimah can shed some light on this question it would be really helpful.

That she should bear the beatings of her husband, that she is a field to be ploughed by her husband any time. It is her duty to make her husband happy, only when the husband is happy she will find a place in heaven. Otherwise according to Mohammad there are more women in hell than men. She has to cover herself fully because if men get sexually aroused it is her fault. The koran says women are less intelligent than a man, so even if she is smart tell her not to be so, Islam is submission, and tell her to submit her thinking faculties to allah and follow the koran without questioning. She will find hell on earth but heaven after she dies.
Hope this is enough for her to be a good muslims wife.

Both of them just need to cooperate, coordinate and understand each others feelings and desires. Walk together in every good or bad situation.
If still she really wants to just follow what the ISLAM says then read the whole Quran-e-sharif.

Actually Islam accords a very high status to women.
Today,all the teachings of Islam are swept under the rug.
Islam is becoming more of a cult.
Women are now treated as they were among Arab tribes,before the advent of Islam.

reading thru these pages really made me realize how sour people are towards Islam. i fear that Islam is very very badly represented by its people. what u see today is not what Allah decreed in his Koran.
well to answer ur question;a Muslim should be exemplary in what ever role he /she plays in life, be it father wife cousin neighbor friend etc
like any normal relationship there should be love , mutual respect ,confidence, loyalty ,sharing.. u name it . all that it takes to make a relationship successful. god luck to her and you
