no, but Price Water House is. PWH is like you ,an alien, who did monstrous corruption in your Iraq and you are not ashamed of your kasab.
IF providing job, that too for 53000, that also for ten years on, is a
terrorism activity, then madarasas do the same in a true social service angle and you are fit to be a manager of a madarasa to become a damager of countries and population, even for which you and your kasab will have no lawyers to defend. Even if legal profession has to defend one, it is unable to defend the undefendable; and such a situation is commendable and not condemnable;
by asking your question, you have proved that terrorists like kasab and God like Alla are bad and Raju like employer and courts like Supreme Courts are good.

no he can't be addressed as a criminal .he has not given any people such kind of injury which can't be cured . he has not taken anybody 's life. and being an indian u should understand that for an indian money is not equal to anbody's life.so please bring a slight twist in ur thinking.

He is not a terrorist, he may have cooked up the balance sheets but atleast he did it for money.
Kasav has killed for no reason, I can forgive a greedy man, who needs money even when he has no need, but a murderer and a terrorist (who kills for no reason) and that too, he kills women, children and civilians is unforgivable.
Even most indian muslims have disapproved of the deeds of the terrorists, and they did not even allow them to bury the bodies of the dead terrorist in their grave yards.
The whole world does not approve such deeds and I am sure even allah is also hiding his face, in shame, as he has to account for the deeds of such muslim people, in front of the world.
