How to make noodles?

give me some basic yet very delicious recipe pls!!!

Ingredients: Veg noodles
Normal noodle sticks (Break into small bits), Spring Onions/Onions 1 cup chopped, 1 Capsicum ( Sliced into thin pieces), Carrot 1 cup (sliced into thin pieces), Beans 1 cup (Slit vertically into thin slices), Peas 1 cup Green chilies 3, Ajinomoto 1 spn, Ginger garlic paste 2 spn, Worcestershire sauce/ Soya sauce 2-3 spn, Green chili sauce 1 spn, Garam Masala 1 spn, Sugar 1 spn, Black pepper powder(If desired), Coriander, Salt to taste
Instructions:1. Boil water in a large pot and add the noodle sticks and cook them partially (3/4th) 2. Spread them on a large plate to cool and set them aside.3.Half boil all the Vegetables (except Capsicum) and set aside.4. In a pan heat 4 spn of oil and add Ajinomoto, Sugar and Ginger garlic paste.5. Then add Green chilies, onions till the onions turn golden brown.6. Add all the half boiled vegetables and the capsicum and fry them for 2 -3 mins.7. Add Garam Masala powder and keep frying the mix for another 2 mins8.Now add the noodles, salt and mix well. 9. After 2 mins add the green chili salt and Soya sauce and sauté for 3 mins. 10. Close stove and add coriander leaves and serve with Tomato sauce.

    Noodles Magic (recipe 1)


    Preparation Time : 5 min
    Cooking Time : 20 min
    Serves / Makes : 3
    Ingredients
    maggi noodles: 1 packet
    chopped vegetables : 1 cup
    onions : 2 to 3
    salt : to taste
    ajinnamotto : 1 tsp
    oil or ghee : 5 to 6 tbsp
    tomato sauce : 1tbsp
    chilly sauce : 1 tbsp
    pepper powder : 2 tbsp
    water : 3/2 cups
    coriander leaves : 1/2 cup

    Method
    1)boil green peas separately and keep it aside.
    2)put oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions till medium brown.
    3)then add coriander leaves and fry for a minute.
    4)then add tomato and chilly sauces and cook for a minute.
    5)then add the vegetables and our 3/2 cups of water.
    6)now add the maggi noodles and allow it 2 boil.
    7)after boiling add boiled peas and mix.
    8)now add salt, taste makerand pepper powder and mix well.
    9)now make the noodles into square shaped pieces and fry them in a tawa.
    10)serve with hot and sweet sauce.

    ingredients: 2 pkg. maggi noodles, any flavor 1 small potato 1 small onion 1 small carrot 1/4 cup green peas Salt to taste Red chili powder Turmeric Coriander powder 4 tsp oil Masaledar Maggi Method: Take 4 tsp oil in frying pan, make it hot and add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. Then add chopped potatoes and carrots to pan and fry for 1 minute. Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt as per taste. Fry it for 1/2 minute, now add three cups of water to pan and boil for 2 minutes, then add two packets of maggi noodles in water (Don't add maggi masala powder to pan). Cover the pan with lid, boil it for 7 minutes, till noodles are fully cooked. Add some water if required during cooking of noodles. Serve it hot. Serve with garlic bread or toast. Serves: 2-3 Preparation time: 10 minutes

    4 pkgs oriental flavored ramen noodles
    8 c. water
    4 large carrots, peeled and diced
    1 portobello mushroom cap, cleaned and diced
    4 stalks celery, diced
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. dijon mustard

    Place water, 4 flavor packages, carrots, and celery in a pot and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender.
    While noodles are cooking, combine soy sauce and mustard. Add sauce mixture, mushrooms, and onion to cooked noodle mixture.

    Ladle into bowls and serve. 4-5 servings
