Ok, I'm doing an book report and I read the book but I can't find the major conficts, theme major characters and important character traits

STANLEY YELNATS. his name is a palindrome, his dad is an inventor with little luck, all because of his no good dirty rotten pig stealing great great granfather.

HECTOR "ZERO" ZIRONI
doesn't know how to read or write quiet but really good at digging holes. Doesn't know where his mother is. likes sploosh.


PS : there are more main characters.

these aren't very detailed but the book is short and really, it is very basic. Theme isn't that hard, it is just the main message the story is getting across.
