how can i overide it, can i use a different server, is it possibe can someone help how to set it up, is it no crime to chng servers cos im using lan, pls advise.

Often service providers from countries block such sites because such sites come under the prohibited category of their country, there are proxy by passing softwares but using them is illegal, so don't browse through such sites.
Respect the ethical values of the country which u live in!

I suspect you have not told the entire story. It is very likely that you are using either your school or your employer's LAN and Internet connection. The LAN's system administration has put in an Internet Filter that is blocking you from the sites you wish to access.

What you also do not realize is that it is very likely the Internet Filter is not only blocking you it is also logging your attempts and a report of this can easily be made available to management. This can be very devistating to you so I suggest you immediately stop this.
