i think its not possible in India, Not Even a Single bank Can give a loan to the person whose age is Above 55 years or maximum.

At least in India, no bank gives personal or home loan for individual above 55 years and senior citizens.The Banks are rather reluctant even to entertain such proposals even if the individual is having the capacity to repay.

I do not know about credit defaulter's provisions.
