What is Ayurvedic/naturopathic Treatment /medicine for curing Carpal tunnel syndrome ?

Alopathic medicines have side effects and I do not wish to undergo Surgery.However, I wish to get 100% cured out of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

There are some great answers here. I would try acupuncture, seeing a naturopath, massage, or chiropractic. All of these doctors and therapists may do treatments for carpal tunnel. The key is going to be to find one that specializes in this condition. I've seen many people fix their carpal tunnel without drugs or sugery. With surgery, I've seen some get better but they often require more surgery later on because the problem returns.

Vitamin E is the best remedy for the so big name science has given to just a small problem.
1. Eat almonds every morning with milk (5-10 almonds)
2. Garlic & turmeric are the best therapies for thrombosis or blood vassal blockages
3. Take one capsule of vitamin E 400 iu in the evening as it is a blood thinner and gives instant relief.
