Unusual shots and we have to remeber few past cricketers also
1.Viv Richards was the 1st batsman to play the shot perfectly,that was a ball far outside the off stump being hit over square leg by moving his feet just out side the off stump.
2.Moin Khan of Pak. played many undescribable unusual shots.
3.Dhoni does play many unusual shots.
4,likewise Dilshan has practised many unusal shots.I would like to say a word on Dilshan Scoop shot.i have observed that in an ODI match played in the early 90,s W.Ind vs Ind, one W.Ind batsman ,a new comer ,(i forgot his name) played the scoop shot behind the WK and got 4 valuble runs ,it took everyone by surprise how a ball can be connected to that area,just 2 balls later ,he repeated the shot,It proved that it was not a fluke shot.He was the one who who first played the shot.May be some cricket statistician will can get me right.
5.Finally unusual shots are played by tailenders ,when he swings the bat in one direction and the ball disappears in another direction.I had fun watching Muralitharan hit such shots many times.

I would name Dhoni and most of the times he is not a beautiful sight to see.

Muralidharan also has an unusal style of batting which is very funny.

KP's switch shot is also very unsual but effective.
