1. Get a lawyer
2. Get at least two witnesses for you, and two witnesses for her
3. The lawyer on your behalf will register a marriage petition in the office of the Registrar of Marriage
4. The Registrar of Marriage will then issue a notice stating the intention of marriage by both of you
5. The notice will be hung in the Registrar's notice board
6. There wil be 30 days fo time any interested parties to file a contest against your petition of intention of marriage
7. If no one opposes your marriage within that stipulated 30 days then the registrar will issue both of you with a marriage certificate
8. And the couple lived happily thereafter

Best wishes.
