You don't. Instead, you talk to her, get to know her, and if the two of you get along well, then you take things to the next level.

You don't go from being "stranger" to "girlfriend". I would suggest asking her out to dinner or mini golf, etc. But get to know her first so she becomes a "friend" and then you can ask her to be your girlfriend. I usually tell them that I like them a lot and want to take our friendship to the next level. Then see how she reacts and go from there. Good luck!

You should probably get to know the person before they become your girlfriend. A girl friend means that you would be ina relationship with that person and it is kind of hard to be in arelationship with a stranger.
