yes u can get a loan but with the minimum deposit of 18% of ur total cost of the business. u need to submit the proposal to one of the nationalised banks where they give a loan to the people who are educated by the basic of sslc and the graduates. the loans name is PMRY thats prime ministers roj gar yojna. you may have to attend a training session for 10days where they would accept ur proposal and guide the bank to provide the loan proposed by you. after that u may have to submit the certificate to the bank this is procedure for gettin a loan by using ur education. they would provide these loans to only two people for every six months
