Does moon sign describe u better than ur sun sign?

Question

I am virgo with an aquarius moon. I am a Virgo but almost none of my traits r like a virgo. I match Aquarius traits, y is that? Does moon signs describe u better?

I know thats what I was thinking. I can relate more to my moon sign and its funny how everyone I know tend to act more like their moons signs than their sun sign. I'm an Aquarius with Pisces Moon and people who have studied astrology for a long time always guess that I am a Pisces for some reason, but Pisces is my Moon sign, not my sun. Also I know 2 other girls who shared the same sun sign as me (Aquarius) yet act totally different. The 1st one has a Leo moon and she's really egostistical, big headed, confident and warm, the other has a Libra Moon and she's really nice, graceful, cold and calm.

No it does not. Your moon is how you navigate through your emotions how you respond to situations emotionally. The sun is your will, your drive, your vitality. How you deal with the world, who you are. Therefore, both are important as they describe different areas of your being.

I would probably say my Gemini moon describes me more than my Libra Sun or Scorpio ascendant. I very much like effervescence, and things that are lively and I am very outgoing and love things which drive me and give me energy. I feel best when I am sunny and outgoing to other people. I love to be happy most of the time and I am very optimistic. I also can take on more than I can handle and do two things at a time lol. I can be dual sometimes and have a side of me which likes my own space and to just self indulge!

im a viro too..but i thought my sun sign was capricorn bc it says on my birth chart sun in capricorn so is that my sun sign ?

if its virgo then no scorpio is much better at descibing me

I agree with Mystic about navigating through your emotions, but personally for me I feel I'm more on point with my Scorpio Sun. i really cannont relate to my Taurus Moon, maybe because there opposites and the things I lack I already have. I don't know.

iam not sure, iam sun in gemini, moon in sagittarius, & both gemini & sagittarius share many traits, but maybe it's 50-50
