I have to write a letter to bank manager.?

Actually i have a property that is on rent to bank, but now the lease agreement is going to expire. But i am not satisfied with the rent i am getting, because the rent is too low according the rate of property, the current rent is 25000 INR. But i am expecting minimum 35000 now. Pls help me in writing a impressive letter.

SUB: NOTICE OF EXPIRY OF LEASE AGREEMENT.


Dear Sir,

With due respect, I would like to draw your kind attention toward our Lease Agreement. The same is going to be expired on (date of expiry). I am not willing to extend this agreement anymore as want to use my property for my own business. As per agreement I am giving you notice for clearing my property within (notice period as on agreement) days. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Your kind co-operation in this regard will highly be appreciated.

This is the legal way to give notice. Go by legal way. I am sure bank will not be agree. Then negotiate with them verbally, that you want higher rent if you want a new agreement. They will agree with you for a new contract. But never renew the old agreement. Make a french one.

This I have answered already.

When commercial propery rent tarif's are halved in all over the country, you may not get any thing from the bank.
They may terminate the contract and get to cheaper premisis.
