I want to download adobe flash player but it cant install why?

if you have downloaded flash player and now you are trying to install it..then close your all internet browser like internet explorer or mozilla or what so ever you are using...because it will not install till your all browsers are not closed.so close your browser and try it...

First un install the old version and then you install the new version by closing all the running application's in the computer mainly the browser's

use this site to uninstall the old version & the install the latest one. Flash sometimes does not upgrade over the top of an older version very well.
