I have downloaded four files each 100mb MP4 from rapidshare?

This is movie files
but first one is running ,all other not working.
i think it need to merge or some thing we need to do.
please help me to done
any freeware software

this is movie 1 part runnning fine,it showing full time time movie , but running only first 25%.

OK, it isn't for me to be judgmental, or to leap to conclusions, even though the obvious one has been stated. There are also legitimate uses for rapidshare, some people who use some of these services and also some torrents realise this, and not all the reasons for using torrent or fileshare sites are nefarious.

Firstly, you will need to find out how the movie was split, sometimes it's just .RAR archiving, you will need all parts of the movie downloaded, and just unrar the file with the 01 suffix, WinRar will take care of the rest, leaving you one unrarred file, which you can then play.

There is also file splitting and joining software, different from winrar,winzip or their variants, one common software is HJSplit, I'm not suggesting that this is how the movie was split, but it is an avenue of investigation. A Yahoo search for file splitting/joining software should provide some results for you to research.
