What do u do when u hav regular heart pains?

my 20 year old cousin has regular heart pains..she is neither over weight nor under weight but has very ugly eating habits..can someone tell me why those pains are occuring and what should be done about them..plz...m very worried..will an ECG help or should i get some echo or someother kind of test...plz advise...

Take ECG and consult a cardiologist. Sometimes he may suggest to undergo cardiac stress test.

When you ask can an "ECG help" sounds like your cousin has never been to a doctor.....

Well...if she has a Primary Physician that should be the first stop or arrange to see a Cardiologist. (your PP may produce a referral)

If the pains become intolerable, a visit to the ER is in order.

I'm very curious what her ugly eating habits are.

The procedures You talk about are very expensive and can only be allowed after a doctor has requested them, and an appointment has been set up for the same procedures.
Just go to the doctors and have some tests done to find out what is causing this pain, or if it get's worse go to the hospital asap.
You just may save Your life.

It sounds like heartburn but I would have it checked out by a doctor in case it is something more serious. btw, if your avatar is a photo of your baby, that is the cutest picture of a baby ever. What a little sweetheart!!
