Pre purchase counseling is not must but it is good. You will get some ideas. It gives the information like,
The process of buying a home.
The key players in the home buying process,
You can also know about debt management.
The goal is to create a better informed homebuyer. While VA does not require such counseling, we strongly recommend it. There is usually no charge for the housing counseling.
