You can get the last yr question papers for std vi, vii, viii, ix CBSE AND IXth gujratboard online syllabus.
even you can pick Board Papers for any state for any class.

It will be better for you if you buy a sample paper book. Its easily available in the market. The best thing about these books is that these are updated every year and so these should be preferred.
