Wiccans?????????????????????? AND CHRISTIANS!!?

Can you be Christian, but take part in the nature side of wicca? So lets say, I went to church and everything but I did nature rituals? Would That be okay? I would like a viewpoint form wiccans and christians thank you?!?!????

Additional Details

When I say nature rituals I mean this: GOing into a forest or somewhere with no electricity for about half a mile. And bringing like seeds or what not and letting them go free to make more trees. SO really not a weird ritual, just something. And if there are any wicca songs to sing I'd sing them during that time. But in a weird way I'd be worshipping nature (In my own little way.)...

I have no idea what a "nature ritual" is. There's certainly nothing wrong with a Christian honoring nature or seeing God's hand in nature.

However, if you were doing something that could truly be called Wiccan, that's not what you would be doing.

Wicca is an entirely separate religion. It's polytheistic. It has a different worldview. And in more than 20 years of study of Wicca, I have yet to come across "nature rituals."

Edit: Spending time with nature does not require a religion. Planting seeds does not require a religion. Neither constitutes "worship."

And doing a formal ritual does not make one "weird."

And IF there are Wicca songs you would sing them? So you don't know if such songs actually exist, but if you find something called a "Wicca song" you'd sing it? It sounds to me like you are trying WAY too hard to connect yourself with a religion which you are clearly not a part.

What would the purpose of said "rituals" be and would they involve worship of entities other than ones sanctioned by Christian worship? If all you're doing is singing songs while working in your garden, or meditating in a forest, yes, you could do that in a Christian format. Many old-time "witches" would have herb gardens and work on herbal cures combined with prayer and enchantments calling on God or the Angels (some still do).

I would think that would be ok. Look we are living in a free world now. Just do it within the confines of the law.

I'm also Wiccan, and I have no idea what you mean by "nature rituals."

    I agree wholeheartedly with Nightwind.
