What is the new syllabus for physical education in class 12 ( for cbse board exams)?

i am a physical education student... and i am confused regarding the syllabus of physical education for the academic session of 2010-2011.... i am going to appear in cbse 12th board examinations in 2010-2011....plz help me out regarding this problem... i have few questions....
1. has the old syllabus of physical education changed ??
2. which book should we follow for this subject??
3. how many chapters r there in PART-A ?? name them.( for phy.edu)
4. which games are available in PART-B ?? name them .( for phy edu.)
5. name the games that are in the list for 2010-2011 exams....( for phy edu.)
6. is there any eligibility test for taking physical education as a subject in class 12 for cbse??
7. what are the main aspects, upon which i should lay more stress for practical exam of physical education???
