Hair breakage due to conditioner. please help?

I avoid touching scalp when using conditioner. I know it causes hair fall, so i don't allow conditioner to get in contact with my scalp, but still i see my hair falling out heavily. I do not see lots of strands when shampooing my hair, its just when i condition it after shampooing. My hair is chemically damaged, so i am trying to smoothen it. Conditioner makes my hair smooth but my hair fall due to that is very severe. Please help, what should i do?

Additional Details

i use sunsilk pink shampoo and garnier fructis conditioner

Of course, it's possible that any given individual will have an unexpected reaction to a particular product, but overall it's unlikely that conditioner is responsible for hair loss.

Using too much of it, though, can leave your hair flat.

There are various reasons for hair fall.
Vitamin Iron deficiency, junk foods, thyroid imbalances, hormonal imbalances, travelling in the dust and pollution.
Seek a dematologist if the problem is severe.
    Stop using shampoo and conditioner.
2 hours before washing your hair, apply almond oil and slightly massage your scalp.
Reetha is said to be a gentle hair cleanser.
It will not make the hair brittle.
    It'll control hair fall.
However, adding some other dry herbs like shikakai and amla would make a better hair cleanser.
Take one handful each of dried reetha, shikakai and amla.
Add them to one litre of water and allow them to soak overnight.
The next day, simmer the herbs with the water on a low fire, till the water reduces to half the quantity.
Do not boil it on a high fire.
Allow the mixture to cool and strain it through a clean cloth.
Use the liquid to wash your hair.
This quantity should be enough for four washes.
Keep your home-made hair cleanser in the refrigerator for further use.
Make small quantities at a time.
Large quantities should not be kept over a long period of time.

Chances are this isn't related to your conditioner. You can try switching to a more moisturizing conditioner and shampoo, but my guess is that it's either just from the old chemical damage or you have a vitamin deficiency or something like that. Maybe ask your doctor? If it's large amounts coming out at the roots you could have a small medical problem

O.O thats odd, there maybe another reason for the breakage than the conditioner because i have never heard of conditioner actually causing damage. if you have bleached the same hair multiple times that could definitely cause a lot of breakage

good luck finding the real problem and a good solution :)

You need to take multivitamins that have biotin in them which makes hair grow and stop falling out you could try using a shampoo and conditioner for people suffering from aleopicia which should stop hair falling out
    hope i helped
