Which one is best Tata Photon+ or Reliance Net connect with a good speed in kanpur and sometimes in hyderabad?

I required a net connection for my laptop compaq.. plz.. suggest cheap and best modem and the offers..

Reliance Net Connect + Broadband and simple reliance Net connect creates a lot of confusion.
Reliance Net connect broadband using EVDO technology and the USB device is different in both the cases.
The maximum speed of CDMA (IX) technology is 144 kbps (18KBps) and for EVDO technology it is 3.1 Kbps(387.5 KBps).
Reliance Net Connect Broadband coverage is limited to only a few cities( List shown below).
Advertised 3.1 Mbps will be available only at these cities. Rest all places the speed will be limited to 144 kbps.

i am use Tata Photon+ in last month but it is not a good speed so i am decided to change net connection reliance net connect is good working in kanpur.

From Kerala. I used TATA for 3 months and of the 90 days I could hardly use it for 40 days.
The service and response is very poor.
