Best option is to take one of the following bus from Central to Broadway (frequency every 2 minutes).

15B, 21, 17D, 18K, 42, 15G , S15B , 7B , L7F, 11G , X120 , S7H , 5C , 7G , M64C, L15F, S1B , S242, L7H , S7M
L71E.

You can literraly hop into any Broadway bus.

From Broadway take any of the following buses to Sozhinganallur P.U.Office (Panchayat Union office).

S21H (frequency every 9 mins)
L21H (frequency every 25 mins)
S521 (frequency every 38 mins)
LH21 (frequency every 47 mins)
W21HV (frequency every 110 mins - this is AC bus service and the fare is about Rs. 35))
S21HEX (frequency every 115 mins)
X21H (frequency every 170 mins)
X521 (frequency every 190 mins)

From Sozhinganallur P.U.Office, take a share auto to Wipro thru ECR link road (also called as 200 ft road or Kalaignar Karunanidhi road). Wipro is inside the Elcot SEZ area.

The other option is catch a flying train from park station(opp to central) , get down at Thiruvanmiyur, then take a Share Auto(out of Thiruvanmiyur station) to Shollinganallur signal.
You have to walk around 100ms from shollinganallur signal to the Elcot building. If you dont want to walk, u can get a share auto there too. Share auto-(ur friend to take u from one shore to other)
