Precautions for thyroid?

i have the problem of thyroid last 2-3 months.due to this i have heavy waight,ireguler periods problem.

have you seen your doctor for a blood test and a diagnosis ??

If not..you need to get a blood test that tests your TSH levels....

Your symptoms may be an underactive thyroid......but, cant say........go to the doctor.
It really is not a big deal...and is treatable.
