Where to download Turbo C++ for Windows 7 64 bit?

Question

So I am learning programming in C. I brought a laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I previously have a Desktop having Windows XP 32 bit, on which the Borland Turbo C++ worked fine.
But at my laptop it shows an error saying 'It is not compatible with 64 bit operating system' (something like that)
So my problem is where to download the Borland turbo C++ for 64 bit Windows.

Then use a C compiler.

Then use a C compiler which isn't an ancient 16-bit C++ compiler that was designed for microsloth dos.

Find another problem, like installing gcc or clang on windows.
