Looks like you have the minimum requirements for this game, though upgrading a bit would not hurt.

Depends on your screen resolution, because with a video chip with just 256MB of RAM, in combination with just 2GB of system RAM you won't run very far, with freezes and stuttering a-plenty as a result when playing in 1920x1080 pixels...
