I do running for 15 to 20 min and burn about 220+ Cal. which I was doing 2 or 3 times in a week. and thought of not doing regulaor work out. now I don;t know what happened to my body I've lost all muscle and loosing weight like anything, doesn;t WHEY help in maintaining the body muscle and what should I do?
