I am on the Bb alto sax. I have a bunch of songs with chord progressions(but no notes) to improvise over, but I know nothing about chords.
1. If I see for example a F7 chord, I know the notes I should play are from the F mixolydian scale and the chord features F, A, C, Eb. How do I go about this for any chord possible?
For example, the G7 chord, thr A-7b9 chord, the D- chord, etc.
Is there some chart made for Bb saxophones with all the chords and their conponent notes? How do I know which scale any chord comes from so I can know the notes?Jazz4 months ago

I used to think that only people who spoke out against the soviet government were sent to the gulag. After doing some online research, I found out that many were just normal criminals.
Does anyone have a chart or a list of gulag imprisonment by year by type if crime?
Were gulags the soviet prison system? Were there other “normal” prisons or did all criminals get sent to the gulags?5 AnswersHistory1 year ago

What would happen to a damaged tank in battle during wwii? What about the modern era?
Would the tank be left to rust, it be taken back to base, or repaired on the battlefield? What would the crew due if parts of their tank like the tracks or the engine were destroyed?
What was the extent of repairability on a tank? How much could be damaged before it just wasn’t worth it?
