I love roses of course, but I love Yeshua Ha Maschia more, and try to follow Him with all my heart
I am upset by their decision not to televise the pageant, merely because they are left-wing liberals and don't support donald trump. I hate it the way hollywood enforces and forces liberal politics on us.4 AnswersPolitics5 years ago
This is a typical situation on yahoo answers that I find annoying. People just want to confirm their beliefs so they ask a question already looking for the answer they want. For example, Archangel TJ asked: How come Christians never study physics only nerds do? Then, many answerers, some of them saying they're Christians, provided names of Christian physicists as well as stating that they enjoy studying physics-myself included.
But, archangel chose to give the best answer rating to someone that just said "that's so true".

I don't see the rose that I uploaded as my avatar, and I can't find any setting in yahoo to make it show up.
Do you see my rose, or just that grey image for my avatar?
Do you know which setting to make it viewable?
thank you for your help; I couldn't find anything in the help files.3 AnswersOther - Yahoo Products7 years ago
I remember reading some time ago somewhere that it was some time in the 1500's or earlier that the satanists managed to completely take over the catholic church, and that's why there's been rampant sexual and ritual abuse by priests since then. I can't remember the source. does anyone?7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years ago
Why do you still see that files have been used by remote desktop even after you completely disable it?
After doing a CrapCleaner, I always see about 20,000kb have been used by remote desktop, even though a while back I completely disabled it. What program is still using it? Is it being hacked and used by outsiders?1 AnswerSecurity8 years ago
I've both read and heard that Nutraceutical Sciences Institute products, sold by VitaCost, contain very high levels of lead. I can't afford a subscription at Consumerlabs, who publish a report about this. Does anyone have more info about this, or know of a free source of lists of vitamin/supplement suppliers and their testing results? I really thought NSI was supposed to be a reputable brand. I am wondering if the computer that has the hookup to the cable and has the router to which all the other computers are connected wirelessly ALSO has to have a wireless adapter or card, whether internal or USB. Currently, the desktop that I'm thinking of only has an ethernet card.4 AnswersComputer Networking1 decade ago
I am on dial-up, using a second phone line we had installed . I have had a problem that drives me crazy. I tried talking to my isp techs about it, and they didn’t understand why it was happening; I tried calling Dell tech support; big joke!
Anyway, after going online, if I don’t continue surfing or otherwise having things coming and going over the line, after about 3 minutes or so, the browser program is no longer able to find the server, and so can’t load the page. When I used I.E., there was a link I could click that said “detect network settings”, and when I clicked it, usually after that the page would load. Now, using firefox, it says “problem loading page” and “server not found”, with a button to click to “try again” that sometimes brings the page. But for the most part, I have to manually go offline, then go back online, then I can load pages as long as I don’t delay for too long.
Could it be the poor quality of the phone line? I am set to "automatically detect network settings2 AnswersInternet1 decade ago
When I go to some websites, a pop-up says: Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available; do you want to proceed? And I have to click yes or no to continue. What does this mean, and why is it important to me?4 AnswersSecurity1 decade ago
