I have not changed my skin care routine. The humidity has been pretty unchanged. The weather has been pretty unchanged as well. I haven’t changed anything! Covid and hand sanitizer use is not the reason either bc I don’t use hand sanitizer.
What possibly could this be?? My **fingers**, not hands, are so dry and have lines in them bc of how dry they are.
Anyone have any ideas??? I haven’t changed a single thing in my day to day routines2 AnswersSkin Conditions1 month ago
How may days/weeks/or months does it take for an alcohol tolerance to go down? I couldn’t find a definite answer on google.3 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits2 months ago
If my friend isn’t able to hang w me he sends “I cant”.
The average person says “I can’t sorry” or “sorry I can’t” because it’s the polite thing to do. He can’t even put in an apostrophe.
It just bothers me a little.
I know this is such a small and stupid “problem” to have, but I want to hear other people’s inputs. I want to get a better idea as to if I am getting a tad frustrated for no reason4 AnswersEtiquette2 months ago
I know to lose weight there needs to be a calorie deficit. But not eating slows down your metabolism, so I feel like the body will try to hold onto any food it gets.
Will the 1 protein bar a day get stored in the body and make a person gain weight ?2 AnswersDiet & Fitness2 months ago
Muscles are built from protein. So if you are not eating, when the muscle tear from working out there will be no protein to build more muscle. So does the muscle tear, not repair, and then lose some of its muscle mass?2 AnswersDiet & Fitness2 months ago
I walk a mile, run a mile, walk a mile, run a mile, walk a mile, run a mile
So in total, I walk 3 miles and run 3 miles.
Do I still burn the same calories if I were to run 6 miles?
I know running burns more calories than walking, but walking a mile takes double the time of running a mile. So walking is a lighter exercise but for a longer duration.
So that’s where the confusion comes in if it burns the same calories or not2 AnswersRunning2 months ago
I’ve been trying to quit vaping for the last 4 years.
Can someone explain how harmful vaping is? And why I need to stop. And any tips for stopping ?
I tried quitting vaping by using nic pouches, but then I got stuck on those, and then I went back to vaping.
I’ve quit for a month before, cold turkey, but then I went back.
I want to quit and never ever go back again. I don’t want to have any aid of nic to help quit vaping.

It is extremely extremely painful to walk on it, and I’m having trouble balancing too. I don’t want to look exaggerative/dramatic by using crutches since it’s not broken, but the pain in unbearable. Should I use crutches ?3 AnswersInjuries3 months ago
I thought I broke a bone in my foot because I slipped on water and crushed my foot into a wall.
I can’t bare wait on it without having SEVERE pain.
Doctor said it is a bone contusion.
How can it just be a bone contusion if I am in this much pain??
Can someone please explain what exactly a bone contusion is ?

I’m 20, and my wisdom teeth are finally coming in. I don’t have money at the moment to get them pulled, but I’m nervous they are going to totally come in and move around all my other teeth. How soon do I need to get them pulled?5 AnswersDental3 months ago
I’m 5’4”, female, and weigh 130.
In 62 days school starts.
I want to be 120 by then, and I want it to be visible weight loss.
Is this possible with eating only high nutritious foods, no process foods, and moderate exercise ?
The thing that sucks is I can’t exercise intensely or run more than a mile because of a long lasting back injury.
I can go for about 4 mile long walks every day though.6 AnswersDiet & Fitness3 months ago
