I m a new Python owner and I purchased a rather small little fella. He s maybe 10 inches, at best, and is about as thick as a quarter (maybe a quarter and a half) at his thickest section. I was wondering if anyone had any idea about how old he is? The store had him eating mouse fuzzies once a week but i read if he s still young enough he should be offered food every 4-5 days. What would be your guess on his age?2 AnswersReptiles4 years ago
I love to buy different foods at the grocery store. I came across a quince today, and I thought, "why not?" So, I get home and am doing some research but I can't really find what to do with them. I only bought one. Is there anything I can do with one quince?1 AnswerOther - Food & Drink6 years ago

My cat brought up a baby rabbit. She didn't kill him, so he's obviously in shock. I've estimated his age at about 3 to 4 weeks old. His heart rate is normal, but he's limp and not moving much. I can't put him back outside or the cat will get him again, so I have him on a heating pad with some spinach next to him. I'm not really sure what to do for him. I'm trying to leave him mostly alone so he doesn't get stressed further. Do I need to give him liquids through a syringe or anything?2 AnswersOther - Pets6 years ago
I have reddish brown hair dye in right now. My natural color is strawberry blonde and color usually lifts from my hair pretty easily. I am wanting to dye my hair platinum blonde and am wondering if I should straight up bleach it, or do a bleach bath?
Also, how many times do you think it will take to get to the color I want?1 AnswerHair6 years ago
I'm usually pretty regular, sometimes I'll be a week or so off my projected period date, but never this late! My fiancé and I always wear condoms but we play around a bit before he actually puts it on, but he does not ejaculate inside of me.
I don't feel any symptoms at all, no pregnancy symptoms, no period symptoms. Just nothing.
I've taken 4 pregnancy tests and they were all negative.

I was looking up animal laws in my state (because I am bored), and it started talking about the confinement of "proud" female dogs. Has anyone ever heard this term before and know what it means? Does it mean a female dog in heat?
I've just never heard this expression before.2 AnswersDogs8 years ago
My fiance and I had sex again for the first time in a couple of weeks (he's been out of town) and he bought these new ultra ribbed condoms for us to try.
I am on birth control, and I just had my period last week.
Anyways, we had sex with these new condoms and I started getting pretty sore, so we stopped and decided to try again later. So, later comes in about 3 hours and we try it again, it was still a little sore but it wasn't too bad.
That was about an hour ago, and I just went to the bathroom and noticed some spotting, and it didn't stop for a while. It was fresh bright red blood, and then it turned into darker older looking blood.
I'm lightly cramping right now, nothing severe. I'm not sure if the bleeding and cramping have anything to do with one another, but I thought I would add that in.
What's going on? Has anyone had this happen. I really think it was the condoms. They were unpleasant feeling to me, and made me feel sore. Do you think this is it? What else could it be?1 AnswerWomen's Health9 years ago
I just bought a Sega Genesis 2 from a guy in my town who fixes and refurbishes old game systems, but when I plug everything up and turn the sega on, the screen on my tv turns blue and stays there. When I turn the sega off, the blue screen disappears. The red light on the sega comes on, but for some reason, it seems like the picture on the tv won't work.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? Any ideas?3 AnswersPC9 years ago
Please help! I can't get my screens out of windows and they are disgusting and need to be cleaned. I have windows that slide up, so I slid the bottom part of my window (where the screen is) as high as it would go.
The screen has plunger pins, and when I pull them down, it allows the whole top of the screen to move back and forth. The only problem is, I can't push them out because of some sort of rubber rim around the outside of my window, and I can't pull it in because the window will not go far enough up.
These windows once did not have screens, but my dad bought some and put them in, so I know it's possible that they can be removed.

I know there have been a million questions like this one, but could someone please give me some insight into the Nook vs the Kindle?
I want to buy one for my dad for fathers day because he LOVES to read. So which one is better? Pros/Cons?
Also, we do not have wifi at my house and I know that you can download books onto your Kindle/Nook using wifi, but do you HAVE to have wifi to download books? We have fast internet, it's just not wifi. So, I was wondering if it worked kind of like Itunes where you can download a book onto your computer, and then plug in your kindle/nook to transfer to book?

I've had my nose ring maybe 6 months at the most. It never healed correctly. It didn't matter how many months I kept it in, it would still hurt like heck to take it out or change it. So I decided I would take it out. When I took it out, you couldn't even see the hole...yes that is how fast my nose closes up. It's the going on the third day that I've had it out and it is COMPLETELY closed. It is noticible in the spot where I took it out because of the redness and a dimple. I've been applying mederma daily to reduce scarring, do you know of anything else I could do to help move it along? I hate this little dimple too. Is there anything, while it is still early, that I can do to many keep it from being so "dimple-y?" I just want it gone.
By the way, before anyone attacks my cleaning habits or anything like that, I cleaned just as my piercer told me and I did not mess with it. I would just clean it and leave it alone, and I also waited 4 months before I changed it.
I really think my nose was trying to reject the piercing.
Does anyone know of anything that I can do to minimize the dimple and scarring?2 AnswersOther - Skin & Body10 years ago
My sugar gliders seem bored during bathroom time...what are some ways that I can make this time more fun so that they will want to spend more time playing?2 AnswersOther - Pets10 years ago
I have adopted two older sugar gliders. They are perfectly capable of being bonded to someone because they were bonded to their previous owner. I've researched a lot of information on the bonding process and I was wanting some suggestions, or maybe see if I'm doing things correctly.
I've had them for a week now and they will take treats from my hand without "crabbing." I talk to them constantly. When I first got them I did not have a bonding pouch, but ordered one immediately. So what I did in the meantime was I would take their cage pouch and set it on my stomach and talk to them softly and feed them treats. The younger one will kind of crab at me sometimes, but it's not a full on crab, it's more like a "Well, I'm thinking about crabbing..." kind of crab. (If that makes any sense!) They are still kind of wary of me, which is to be expected since they are still pretty new to me, but I was wondering if what I've done so far is okay? Should I continue doing the same things? (I do have a bonding pouch now by the way) Do you have any suggestions?
I do not try to pick them up or anything, I've stroked their backs a few times, but I'm afraid that if I try to pick them up right now that I will scare them. What do you think is best? Should I wait? Should I try it?3 AnswersOther - Pets10 years ago
Okay, so I'm seriously thinking about getting a couple of sugar gliders, I've done my research, but I would just like your personal opinion of them as pets?
Are they hard to care for? Do they smell? Hard to prepare food for? Etc?
Any advice or opinions are appreciated!

I saw this album in a record store yesterday and they wanted 50$ for it. The cover of it looked almost identical to this one >>>
Except, the one I saw was red, not blue, and it did not say "A Hard Days Night" it said, "A Knight's Hard Work" Does anyone know anything about this album? Could it be a missprint? I looked it up on the internet and I cannot seem to find it anywhere!
I would like to know more about this album if you know anything about it, or where I could find it online.
Thank you!!7 AnswersRock and Pop10 years ago

Please no duvet covers...real comforters!
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Today my ears started ringing (this happens from time to time, but this time the ringing was exceedingly long) and after the ringing finally stopped, my ear hearing was slightly muffled. It went away for a while but now it is back, and when I put my hand over my left ear, there is a constant but low ringing.
Should I be concerned?
Has anyone else experienced this?
