I traded in a car that I had paid off for a used Jeep at a Kia dealership in Daphne Alabama they ended up selling us a lemon which we did not know at the time but there was a hundred day limited warranty on the vehicle. Anyways I ended up having to take the Jeep to them three separate occasions in which they had the jeep 79 days out of the 100 days. Every time they would tell me it was fixed the problem was fixed I had to take it back to them the third time they actually kept it for almost 3 weeks. So we went up there with the same problem after the hundred days was up and they wanted us to pay for them to fix it so we argued that they sold us a lemon and we wanted to speak to a manager and have something done about this. They decided to try and put us in another car we would still have to pay so much of the g off and that would be added to the new car payment, but we would get a better car. They said before they can put us in another car they had to run our credit again. We were not told that we were going to be charged for them to run the credit anyways we didn't end up getting the vehicle because they would not let us test drive it and they expected us to just make the Switch & Go on our way. Well my grandmother just received her bank statement and they charged her $79.22 for them to run a credit check in which they already had our credit scores from before can they charge us for this?

I'm 20 years old and I'm saving nearly every penny I get so I can get a new car. I make $300-$600 a week. I'm not going to spend all my money on it. I want to have a little bit left over in case anything goes wrong with the car. The car I have now is getting ready to completely give out. I've had it since I was 18. I've kept it up nice and taken care of it. A car for less than $1000 doesn't usually last for 2 years. I want to get a newer full size sedan (2010 and up). Literally everyone I talked to has said "Just drive an old car. You don't want a loan at this age. The interest will be high and so will the payments." I tell them that I will only ever pay cash for a car. I will be going back to college when I do get a new car and I think it's best to not have to worry about if it will break or if I can afford the payment this month. If it's paid in full, I won't have to worry about payments. I'm wondering why do people immediately jump to the conclusion that I'll take a huge loan for some expensive and flashy car? I always thought it was stupid when someone does that and then complains they can't afford it. Why do people always think I'm going to take a loan? I know a lot about cars so I know what to look for when shopping.
