  • Being called fat... how to lose belly fat quickly?

Best answer: People are just like that. Just do a set number of sit ups each night before bed and eventually you'll be more fit, but not guarantees the belly fat will go away, since that's a natural part of human biology.

Okay this may sound stupid but is it true that when you start eating healthy or healthier than you were before, you poop more and fart more? Because I've noticed since I haven't been eating a ton of junk food and fast food and I've ate more fruits, veggies and lean protein, I've been pooping more and farting more. But my farts have smelled the worst. It's embarrassing but I can't help it! I used to poop maybe 1-2 times a day, now it's at least 3. Will this go away after a while if I continue to stick to my new eating habits?

You might even consider skipping the bread, or taking the top bread off and just leaving the bottom, to cut more calories. Without the bread, you've basically got a nice salad.

    2) Alcohol can perturb your hormones, in particular reduce your testosterone (so that your body builds less muscle, and more fat instead)
    3) Eliminating alcohol is view as a priority for your body, so that it stops consuming dietary fats and they get stocked until it doesn't have any alcohol any more.
    4) Some alcoholic beverages have a lot of sugars (or carbs in general). Not as much as a soda or a fruit juice, but still a non-negligible amount.
