  • I'm looking for a spray glue i can use to stick Plexiglas to TV screens.?

i've tried 3M spray glue, but it turned out foggy. it didn't impede the viewing experience when the TV was on, but when the TV was off, it looked splotchy and foggy. does anyone know of a spray glue that comes out clear enough to be used in this kind of application? do i just need a thicker/thinner coat?

  • How come videos look "smoother" on modern smart TVs, as though the frame rate is higher than it actually is?

I was playing some old video files through my new TV and the frame rate looks really high. Do smart TVs make up new frames using motion blur or something?

  • Rabbit chewed tv wire?

Best answer: Yes it's dangerous. You definitely should tell them. And this is why you don't allow rabbits/ rodents to roam the house freely. Consider it lucky they didn't get fried.
We kept my rabbits confined to a back room maybe considerate kind of arrangement.

Best answer: It’s a historical legacy from the days before TV when people had “wireless sets/radio sets”.

The radio needed an aerial/antenna, a power supply and the “wireless” unit itself. Internal parts were very modular and things like photoelectric valves had to be regularly replaced. So the whole assembly was called a “set”. The earliest TVs used closely related technology with the same limitations and so were commonly called “wireless picture sets” which received television broadcasts. It wasn’t until a little later that the receiving equipment became known more commonly as a “television receiver set” and then a TV set. Now just a TV.

  • I just bought a new 4K TV, but also upgraded the Netflix. I keep losing my internet connection. Which of the 2 is the most likely cause?

    Best answer: Internet connection.

Since we don't know which TV, what local area network connection (wifi, wired ethernet - 10BaseT or 1000BaseT or something else), internet service provider or other devices on the network that might impact throughput, there is no way for us to make a fully informed diagnosis.
