What should i be eating while im pregnant?
Although I am only a week or so I'd like to know if there are good and bad foods I'd like to do something good as I am a smoker n have decided I wont stop but will cut back with the smoking! Can anyone tell me if there are good and bad foods or drinks or anything certain I should be eating? :)

Eat fiber and iron rich foods like beans, cashews, oatmeal, raisins, etc., during pregnancy so that it will help baby to grow and develop and will keep you fit and well. Eat plenty of fruits, which help for digestion. Avoid foods like cheese, raw eggs, fish and meat, alcohol, caffeine. These are harmful for both you and the baby. Please avoid smoking during pregnancy, because toxins in the cigarette reduce the oxygen the supply to your baby.
