The Colts spent their bye week getting buried in the headlines and in stature behind the New England Patriots. Not only are most people ready to hand over the Super Bowl crown the Colts possess to the Patriots, they seem to forget Indianapolis is also undefeated.

Peyton Manning isn't used to playing second fiddle in the hype department, but Tom Brady and the Patriots have turned the table on the Colts. What better way to get the attention back on you than by lighting it up on Monday night?

The Colts opened the season with a Thursday night blowout of the Saints in Week 1, but haven't been featured on primetime since. On their way to a 5-0 mark, they've survived a few scares. Manning looks as sharp as ever, though, and Joseph Addai along with Kenton Keith have solidified the running attack. They get a difficult test in the Jaguars (4-1), who've won four straight and are getting steady quarterback play from David Garrard.

None of the Jags' four wins have come against teams with a winning record. So facing Manning and the Colts will be a serious step up in competition. Should they pull the upset, Jacksonville would take over first place in the AFC South. Expect the Jags to try to establish the run with Maurice Jones-Drew. If they're successful, they'll keep the Indy offense on the sidelines and the game close.

The Colts are a -4 favorite against the point spread.

Indianapolis will stand victorious at the end of the day. The Colts definitely want payback for last year's embarrassment. But the Jags will not just roll over for the Colts. They will make it an interesting game. We'll see if their rushing game gives the Colts run defense as much trouble as it did last year.

I'd say that the Jags will be higher by 14 points

    Jags-28

    Colts-10

Browns will upset the Jets in a close game. Bears will rape the Vikings 31-14. Detroit will edge out Buffalo to get their first road win in a long time 17-10. Giants will score at least 50 points against the Cowboys. Everything else looks good.

For some reason, Indy always struggles with jacksonville, which is weird since Indy is much better on paper. Its similar to how the obviously-superior patriots always struggle with the bottom-dwelling dolphins. The jags have an excellent running game, and if they use it well, they may be able to keep manning off the field and possibly win.

    I'd say 35-21 Colts

Jags have the best running in the NFL, Colts D-line is less than average.

    Jags-28

    Colts-24
