>> Sometimes, a little Butter, or even Peanut Butter!
And sometimes a little melted cheese.
Almost Always: Catsup/Ketchup.
The only time I get salt on them, is when I eat out at fast food places, and they salt the fries. Else I skip the salt. It's bad for you anyway.

>> Any Way! Fried, baked, boiled (and mashed) or steamed. All are good, delicious, nutritious.
4. Do you know the risk of eating a potato? blood pressure levels?
>> That comes from the condiments (salt) and the fats used in frying them.

>> I had mashed a few days ago, and now you are making me hungry!
